Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vista My Trip – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vista My Trip, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for bookings made through our platform.

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team. Requests are only considered valid after you receive a confirmation from us. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method unless specified otherwise.

3. Tour Package Cancellations

  • 30 days or more before travel: Full refund, minus any processing fees.
  • 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund will be applicable.

4. Hotel Booking Cancellations

Hotel cancellation policies vary by provider. In most cases, no refund is provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in. Earlier cancellations may receive a partial or full refund based on the hotel's terms.

5. Flight Ticket Cancellations

Flight cancellations are subject to airline policies. Our platform may apply an additional service charge for processing flight cancellations.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings made with promotional offers, special discounts, or last-minute deals may be marked as non-refundable and will not be eligible for a refund upon cancellation.

7. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not show up for a scheduled booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

8. Amendments & Changes

Any changes to booking details (dates, destinations, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All amendment requests must be submitted in writing for approval.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. We will attempt to provide alternative arrangements or rescheduling options where possible.
